Trip Cancellation & Insurance
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require balances to be paid in full by 30 days before the scheduled start date of the trip so that we may pre-pay the inns for your stay with them.
For cancellations received by email 30 or more days before the scheduled start date of your trip, we will refund you everything you have paid less a flat $75 administrative charge.
For cancellations received by email 30 to 15 days before the scheduled start date of your trip, we will hold all the funds you have paid and issue you a trip credit to be used on another trip of your choice with us in the same or the following calendar year.
Cancellations received by email 14 days or less before the scheduled start date of your trip result in forfeit of all the money paid toward the trip; no credits or refunds will be issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We encourage you to consider trip insurance in the event of a last-minute cancellation, and require either your purchase of travel insurance or your acknowledgment that you choose to decline the insurance. Trip insurance is an inexpensive way to safeguard your deposit. Contact our preferred provider, Travelex, or another insurer of your choice for a quote.
