Our Country Inns
The special ambiance of Vermont country inns is very much a part of these trips. The inns we visit are known for their charm, hospitality, and cuisine. Legacies from a bygone era of horse drawn vehicles, each is different and brimming with history. Many are furnished with antiques. The dress code is casual.
Expect the multi-course dinner to be a rare treat! Whether the fare is simple or gourmet, it is certain to be carefully prepared by some of Vermont's finest chefs and innkeepers, often with local, organic vegetables and freshly baked breads and desserts. Guests enjoy sharing the day's adventures with others with similar interest. The intimate atmosphere created by these small inns is conducive to the forming of lasting friendships.
